RELOCATION SERVICES AND TRAINING

Through our Relocation Solutions, COGER Institute teams design and provide trainings for the relocating assignees and their families. The training programs feature a mix of language and cultural study to help company’s employees and their family to feel confident in their new location before, during and after their move.

The two main components of the relocation training are the following:

Topics covered: Adjusting to the new environment; fitting in and making friends; overcoming language barriers; medical and safety information; historical and political facts; cultural values and attitudes; education system.

ii. “Living in …”
Topics covered: Business management and decision making; successful negotiation techniques; effective communication; differences in work styles.
