Through our Relocation Solutions, we design and provide trainings for the relocating assignees and their families. The training programs feature a mix of language and cultural study to help company’s employees and their family to feel confident in their new location before, during and after their move.

The two main components of the relocation training are the following:

i. “Living in …”
Topics covered: Adjusting to the new environment; fitting in and making friends; overcoming language barriers; medical and safety information; historical and political facts; cultural values and attitudes; education system.

ii. “Working in …”
Topics covered: Business management and decision making; successful negotiation techniques; effective communication; differences in work styles.

In addition to the main components listed above, we also set up tailor-made programs to meet the specific needs of our clients. We accommodate the programs to fit either one-on-one settings, or small and/or large groups.
